Is there an upper limit to the size of a page in MojoPad?
Does it impact either the memory footprint or the responsiveness of MojoPad?

No upper limit. A test on a 20MB single page is very usable. And a 20MB file is extremely uncommon. The full documents text lives in memory by design at roughly 2x it’s disk size, which is trivial for text.
