I am working through a bug. Upon updating MojoPad, after the restart, there is a 45 second delay while the app updates, then you are presented with the open document screen. It should have opened back to the page you were on prior to the update, and the update should have been quicker. This is an issue with the auto updater. There is no risk, you just have to click your wiki to open it back up after the update, and wait about 45 seconds for the app to update.
