MojoPad 1.45.4 Released (Bug Fixes)

Four fixes, three of them from readers.

  • Updating keeps the document you were in. Choosing Restart Now for an update could bring MojoPad back to the new-document screen instead of the page you were working on. Your work was never lost — the list of what to reopen was being wiped a moment after it was written, as the update closed the windows. It’s kept now. (Because the old version does the writing, the update onto this one is the last time it can happen.)
  • The paragraph style palette leaves your text alone. With ⌃⌘S, choosing a style added an extra empty line above the one you were on — and if you had words selected, it deleted them. The Enter that picks the style was also reaching the page behind the palette. (From a reader who reported both halves precisely — thank you.)
  • New Page from Clipboard works again. ⌥⌘V reported “the clipboard has no text to paste” even when ⌘V pasted the same clipboard happily. It was asking the wrong part of the app for the clipboard. (Thank you for the clear report.)
  • No more red flash in the page list. Clicking a page briefly drew a red bar on the row above or below it — the keyboard-navigation highlight appearing where a mouse click didn’t need one.
